The Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan in London, would like to inform its citizens living in the United Kingdom that the UK Government has made some legislative changes to its Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED).
ATED is payable each year by companies that own UK residential properties valued above a certain amount and the changes in legislation may affect some of our citizens who own residential property in the United Kingdom.
Those who may be affected by the new legislation are advised to take the necessary steps to send an Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) return form to Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and to pay any tax due on time.
